Being intolerant to gluten and eggs, I often find alternatives for foods that I eat.
I would like to share with you my favourite breakfast,
It consists of rice flakes (soaked overnight) which are my alternative option to oats and consists of organic products where possible
- Rice porridge
- Banana (sliced)
- 2 Tbs of Barambah Organic Natural Yoghurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 fresh dates
- 1 dried fig (sliced)
- 5 almonds (chopped smaller)
- 2 Tbs sultanas
- 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
- 1 tsp raw cacao
- 3 prunes
Sometimes, I mix it up with different fruits and other beautiful ingredients including purple grapes, walnuts, chopped up raw nuts, raw honey, cinnamon manuka honey, pear, passionfruit greek yoghurt
